Here is an interesting comic I found comparing technology in 2001 to technology now.

Again, although it’s not little, I thought this was too awesome to pass up. It’s basically a mosaic, created by UK artist Ed Chapman, made entirely out of 5000 guitar picks. This piece auctioned for more than 23,000 euros.

Although not really a little thing, I do find this very amusing. It shows some of the many problems I see with the American Education system. There are so many problems not only with our educational systems, but with our country as a whole. I found another video to go along with thism by RSA Animate about how we should change our educational paradigms, which can be found below.

This is a picture I found that I find to be so true. Although bad things happen all the time, think about all of the good. The Titanic, for example. I know it sounds dark, but the Titanic was vastly under capacity. Only about half of the people that could have been on the ship were. Plus, there were survivors. Everyone could have died, but thanks to certain rescue ships, they didn’t.

I was browsing cnn.com the other day, and I happened to find this: Image

With my attention caught, I looked into it further. Turns out, this guy really can jump high. 5 feet high, in fact. Check out the CNN video here: http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/living/2013/03/29/orig-jtb-distraction-guy-jumps-really-high.cnn

Quirky Little Things I Find Amusing, or QLTIFA (think Queen LaTIFAh) are little pictures, videos, news stories, that I can’t really find enough substance to write a post about, or are just self-explanatory. Here’s the first one, from did-you-kno.tumblr.com. I find this amazing, and I can see how much of a genius Stephen Hawking really is.
